- No Fees: There are no maintenance or service fees associated with the card.
- Digital Convenience: Electronic gift cards can be shown directly from your phone; no printing is required.
- Gratuity Friendly: Gift cards can be used toward gratuity, depending on the available balance.
- In-Restaurant: Present your physical card or mobile e-gift card at the time of payment.
- Online Orders: Gift cards are valid for orders placed directly through the Sullivan’s website.
- Accepted Locations: Valid at all Sullivan's Steakhouse locations across the country.
- Restrictions: Gift cards are not valid for private dining events or contracted banquets. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
- Security: Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Treat your card like cash to ensure its value is protected.
- Cash Value: Gift cards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Any resale is strictly prohibited.
- Dress Code: To maintain an elevated atmosphere, we kindly request business casual attire.
- Service Charge: For parties of seven or more, a 20% service charge will be added and a single check is required.
- Reservations: Highly recommended. Note that some locations may require a credit card to secure a booking, with a $25 per person fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
