- Restrictions: Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. They cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.
- Cash Value: Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Void if reloaded or resold.

- Returns: Gift cards cannot be returned or canceled once received. To cancel an order prior to delivery, contact Customer Support.
- Lost or Stolen Cards: Safeguard your card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon electronic transmission or delivery to the carrier.
- Liability: CashStar and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied. If a card code is non-functional, your sole remedy is a replacement card.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California.
